Natasha did my pre-screen and was excellent and made me feel at ease. Rachel did my eye exam and was very thorough and friendly and made me feel at ease too. Natasha sold me some glasses and was very patient and took the time to help me pick the best ones for me.

All the staff are very friendly. The branch manager was very helpful in booking in my appointment and fitting me in at short notice. Upon arrival upstairs the assistant took me to a room with new and very up to date machines to test my eyes thoroughly. She cleaned all the equipment before use. After these tests I was taken to the Optometrist who was very friendly and calming. She performed several tests on both my eyes ensuring a thorough examination. Once this was done we discussed my sight and prescription. She then took me downstairs to one of the assistants and discussed what I needed. The assistant then uploaded my prescription and wrote out my prescription. She then took me over to the large selection of glasses. Her colleague then joined us to help me decide between 2 pairs of glasses and he seamlessly took over helping me decided (she had finished for the day). He was also very friendly and then took me over to finalise my payment and my vouchers (I got in the post from Boots) had a special offer, he pointed this out and I decided to have one last look with the offer in mind and found a very stylish pair of glasses that I wouldn't have looked at on my original budget. My payment was then processed and I received my prescription and a receipt along with my Boots advantage points. As I was about to leave the branch manager joined us and told me about some special offers for students in addition to their current offers. Great team. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and I will be bringing a member of the family to have their eyes tested and to get a pair of glasses at this branch of Boots Opticians.
